Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of the Veyrin iPhone app and its services, which are operated by David Ghazali ("we", "us"). By using Veyrin, you agree to these Terms and to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement. If there is a conflict, these Terms apply to Veyrin's services.
1. The service
Veyrin provides Scam Scanner, Phone Check, Caller Protection, Trusted Verification, Trusted Circle, and Family features. Veyrin is an information and safety aid. It is not an emergency, legal, financial, or law enforcement service. If you are in danger or have lost money, contact local emergency services, your bank, or the police.
2. Your account
You sign in with Apple and must keep your iPhone secure. Do not share your account or try to get around device trust checks. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Subscriptions
- Veyrin Premium is available as auto-renewable subscriptions: Plus and Family, each billed monthly or yearly.
- The price, length, and features are shown in the app and on the App Store before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Manage or cancel in the app with Manage Subscription, or in iOS Settings under your name, then Subscriptions.
- Restore Purchases re-applies eligible subscriptions on your devices.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies.
- Premium adds limits and features. It never changes the trust signal shown for a person or number.
4. Limits of phone and scam intelligence
Results come from on-device analysis, number metadata, and community reports. They can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. Veyrin does not guarantee that it will detect every scam, block every unwanted call, or identify every caller. A number with no reports is not proven safe, and a reported number is not proven to be a scammer. Veyrin does not provide full caller identity for private numbers. Make important decisions carefully, and confirm directly with people you trust.
5. Community reports
Reports must be honest and based on your own experience. Reports are signals, not findings of fact. We may review, limit, correct, or remove reports and labels at any time.
6. Prohibited use
- False, malicious, coordinated, or retaliatory reports
- Harassing, threatening, or doxxing anyone, or trying to identify private individuals
- Scraping, bulk lookups, automated access, or reselling Veyrin data
- Bypassing App Attest, device trust, signing, rate limits, or other security controls
- Clicking your own ads or generating fake ad traffic
- Using Veyrin to commit or help with fraud, or for any other unlawful purpose
7. Disputes about a number
If a label about your number is wrong, use "Report incorrect information" in Phone Check, or email us. Disputes are free and never require Premium. We review disputes in good faith and may correct or suppress a label.
8. Availability and changes
Veyrin may be unavailable because of maintenance, network problems, Apple platform limits, or events outside our control. We may change, add, or remove features. If we remove a paid feature in a significant way, we will tell you in the app.
9. Termination
You can stop using Veyrin at any time and delete your account in the app. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms, create risk for other users, or when the law requires it. Deleting your account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Veyrin is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by relying on scan, lookup, or community results.
11. Consumer rights and governing law
Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights that cannot be waived under the law where you live. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Morocco. This does not take away the protection of mandatory laws or courts in your country of residence.
