Scam Scanner
On Home, tap Scan for Scam. Paste a message or link, or choose one screenshot. Veyrin checks for common scam signals on your iPhone and explains what it found. A clean result is not a guarantee. If a message pressures you to pay, share a code, or act fast, stop and confirm another way.
Phone Check
On Home, tap Check a Number, then enter or paste the number. You will see its format, likely line type, and region, plus community categories when several independent people have reported it. Veyrin does not show private names it cannot verify. "No reports" means there are no reports yet, not that the number is safe.
Caller Protection and call blocking
- Open iOS Settings, then Apps, then Phone, then Call Blocking & Identification. On some iOS versions, Phone is directly in Settings.
- Turn on Veyrin.
- Open Veyrin, go to Security, then Caller Protection, and check the status.
Numbers are labeled or blocked only after they pass Veyrin's community thresholds, and a single report never blocks a number. If labels do not appear, turn Veyrin off and on again in Call Blocking & Identification, then open the app once.
Trusted Verification, Trusted Circle, and Family
Add people you know to your Trusted Circle, then use Verify to send a request before money or sensitive decisions. They approve or deny on their own iPhone after device checks and Face ID. Family lets a household share Premium limits and manage members from Security, then Family. If a request expires, send a new one. If a device is lost, remove it in Security, then Your devices.
Restore Purchases and Manage Subscription
- Restore Purchases: open the Veyrin Premium screen and tap Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account you subscribed with.
- Manage or cancel: tap Manage Subscription in the app, or open iOS Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Refunds: request them from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Download My Data and account deletion
Download My Data: open Security, then Safety & Support, then Download My Data. The download link expires after 15 minutes.
Delete Account: open Security, then Delete Account, and confirm. Cancel any Apple subscription first, because deleting your account does not cancel it.
Report or dispute a number
After a Phone Check, you can report the number with a category. If a label about your own number is wrong, tap "Report incorrect information". Disputes are free and never require Premium. You can also email us with the number and a short explanation. Please do not send other people's personal details.
To report abuse of Veyrin, such as fake or coordinated reports, email us with the approximate time and what happened.
Privacy
Scans stay on your iPhone, reporters are never shown publicly, and Veyrin does not track you across apps. Read the Privacy Policy and manage your Privacy Choices.
